If you need to get in touch with our Customer Care team, we've got you covered in two ways: Customer Care Chat and Feedback Form, and we offer support in both English and Arabic.

  • The Customer Care chat is right there built into the app. Just follow these simple steps to open it:

    1. Open the Yango Play app.
    2. Scroll down and click your name.
    3. Click on the Chat with Customer Care.

    Here, you can find answers to the most common questions or send a message to the operator, who will respond promptly within 10 minutes, providing the help you need.

  • The Feedback Form. You can attach screenshots or diagnostic data here and you'll hear back from us within 24 hours.
