Contact Customer Care

If you need to get in touch with our Customer Care team, we've got you covered in two ways: Customer Care and WhatsApp Chat in the app. We offer support in both English and Arabic.

  • The Customer Care chat is right there built into the app. Just follow these simple steps to open it:

    1. Open the Yango Play app.
    2. Click My Yango.
    3. Click your name.
    4. Click on the Contact support.

In the chats, you can find answers to the most common questions or send a message to the operator, who will respond promptly within 10 minutes and provide the help you need.
