# Contact Customer Care
If you need to get in touch with our Customer Care team, we've got you covered in two ways: Customer Care and WhatsApp Chat in the app. We offer support in both English and Arabic.
- The Customer Care chat is right there built into the app. Just follow these simple steps to open it:
1. Open the Yango Play app.
1. Click **My Yango**.
1. Click your name.
1. Click on the **Contact support**.
In the chats, you can find answers to the most common questions or send a message to the operator, who will respond promptly within 10 minutes and provide the help you need.
