# How to stop receiving promotional Emails/messages?

If you want to stop receiving emails and notifications from the Yango Play application, please follow these steps:

## Unsubscribing from Emails

- Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account and go to your **Inbox**.
  1. Open the email you want to unsubscribe from.
  1. Click **Unsubscribe** next to the sender at the top of the email.
  1. Confirm your choice in the pop-up window.
  1. You should see a message indicating that you have successfully unsubscribed. If you prefer, you may also mark the email as spam.

- Apple Mail

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad.
  1. Select the email from which you wish to unsubscribe.
  1. Click **Unsubscribe** just above the message body.
  1. Confirm your choice in the pop-up window.

- Outlook

  1. Go to the Outlook.com website or open the Outlook app on your desktop.
  1. Open the email from which you want to unsubscribe.
  1. Click the **Unsubscribe** link located above the sender's email address.
  1. Confirm your choice in the pop-up window.

- Yahoo

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account and open your **Inbox**.
  1. Open the email you want to unsubscribe from.
  1. Click **Unsubscribe** next to the sender at the top of the email.
  1. Confirm your choice in the pop-up window. A message will appear at the top indicating your request has been processed; click **X** to close it.

## Disabling Notification Pop-ups

- Android

  1. Open the **Settings** app on your phone.
  2. Look for **Applications** or **Apps**.
  3. Find and select **Yango Play** from the list.
  4. Toggle the **Display notifications** switch to **Off**.

- iPhone

  1. Open the **Settings** app on your device.
  2. Tap on **Notifications**.
  3. Scroll down and select **Yango Play**.
  4. Toggle the **Allow Notifications** switch to **Off**.
