How do I sign up?

To use all the advantages of Yango Play, you first need to register:

1. Go to the Sign Up page.
2. Click on Log in / New account.
3. Enter your phone number.
4. Enter the confirmation code that you will receive on your phone.
5. Enter your email address.

Once you complete these steps, you will be able to access all the benefits of Yango Play.

If you haven’t received the confirmation code please contact us.

How can I change my password?

1. Open the Yango Play app.
2. On the Yango Play home page, scroll down and click on your name.
3. In the window that opens, select Personal Information.
4. Click on the X button in the upper corner and then click on Security.
5. Click on Update password.
6. Enter your old password if you remember it, or click Forgot Password to retrieve your password.
7. Enter a new password, then click Save.

How to delete my account?

Note:
Deleting the account will not stop the Yango Play subscription. Please make sure that you have canceled it before deleting the account.

1. Open the Yango Play application.
2. On the main page, scroll down and click on your name.
3. In the upper right corner, click on the door icon
4. Select Permanently delete account.
5. Enter the confirmation code from the SMS.
6. Click Delete account.
