How can I subscribe?

You can subscribe on the Yango Play website or through your device application store.

Subscribe on the website

1. Open the Yango Play website.

2. Sign up.

3. Click Subscribe.

4. Enter your bank card number.

   Note:
   A temporary hold may be put on your card to ensure it is valid. This is typically refunded within a few minutes, but it may take up to 7 days depending on your bank's policies.

5. Download the app from your device application store.

6. Sign in to the app with the credentials you’ve used on the website.

Subscribe through the App Store or Google Play

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Sign up.

3. Click Subscribe.

4. Follow the instructions provided by the application store.

   Note:
   A temporary hold may be put on your card to ensure it is valid. This is typically refunded within a few minutes, but it may take up to 7 days depending on your bank's policies.

Once your subscription is activated you can invite up to three of your loved ones to join.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to all the features of Yango Play for the remaining days of the current period.

I have a promo code. How do I activate it?

You can activate a promo code by following these steps:

1. Enter via the link.
2. Enter the activation code.
3. Click Activate.
4. Once you have successfully activated your promo code, you can invite up to three of your loved ones to join.

You can check the promo days left in the Subscription section of your account. If you decide to cancel your subscription during the promo period, you won't be charged any money.
