How do I cancel the subscription?

Note:

If you log out of your account, delete it or uninstall the app, your subscription will not be canceled.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Yango Play app and click on My Yango.
  2. Tap on your name.
  3. Select Subscription.
  4. Scroll down and tap on Cancel Subscription.
  5. The app will prompt you to either continue your subscription or unsubscribe. Choose Unsubscribe to confirm your cancellation, and follow the instructions provided.

If you subscribed through a mobile operator, you may receive an SMS with a confirmation code.

If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, the instructions will direct you to the appropriate pages.

  1. Open the link.
  2. Search for Yango Play subscription.
  3. Click Unsubscribe.
  4. Follow the further instructions.

If you want to request a refund, drop a message to the Google support team.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes Store and App Store.
  3. Choose Subscriptions.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.
