How to spend Yango Points?

From your account: When paying by card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, you can choose to spend your points on rides or other Yango Services booked through the Yango app.

To spend Yango Points, please follow this steps:

Go to the menu (three horizontal lines in the top left).
Select the How you want to pay tab for Android or the Payment Methods tab for iOS.
Tap on Spend on your ride.
Place your order.

Yango Points Redemption and Spending Rules:

Before hopping in for your ride, set up how to use those points:

If you're paying by card and points, the total fare cost is locked in until the ride ends. If all goes well, your points will be deducted. The remaining amount from the payment will be debited in OMR.
If you pay entirely with points, your card will be charged a minimum ride cost of 0.11 OMR.
You will 🚫not receive cashback "points", if you choose to spend points for the ride.
