1.   General provisions

1.1.      The promotion is a promo action, is not a lottery, does not contain elements of risk and is conducted in accordance with these Rules, located at the address on the Internet: https://play.yango.com/action/samsung-members-en.

1.2.      The Promotion is held on the territory of the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.

1.3.      The organizer of the Promotion is: Funtech shall mean Funtech Loyalty Card Services LLC, registration number 2060503, located at: UAE, Dubai, Trade Center Second, The Offices 2, Unit № TO2-FLR03-03.04-2 (hereinafter referred to as the «Organizer»).

1.4.      Period of Promotion is the period from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025. The Organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the Promotion.

2.   Definitions

Yango Play Subscription or Subscription shall mean the provision of the User with the opportunity, for a fee and for a limited period of time, to obtain remote access to the Subscription Content for viewing and/or listening via the Internet.

Yango Play Service or Service shall mean Yango Play Service, which Terms of Use are available at: https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement (hereinafter — the «Terms of Use»).

Yango Play Service Content all mean any and all motion pictures, musical works (with or without lyrics), sound recordings, books, videogames, images, animations, artwork, copy or information; and/or any and all other human readable audio and/or visual elements, regardless of the form or format, accessible via the Service or any part or any section thereof (including Audio Content, Game Content, Yango City Content and Video Content as it defined in the Terms of Use). 

Participant means an individual who meets the requirements specified in section 3 of the Rules.

Operator means Samsung Gulf Electronics FZ, a free zone establishment, incorporated in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, holding a commercial license number 7171 and having its office at Office No. FZJOA2111, P.O. Box 61247, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Operator’s platform means Samsung Members app.

The Rules may use other terms defined by the document «Yango Play Terms of use» (https://yango.com/legal/yango_play_mobile_agreement), «Yango Play Subscription terms» (https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions) (hereinafter referred to as the «Documents»).

3.          Participation in Promotion

3.1.      A Participant of Promotion may be a capable individual, who has the IP address of a device (or proxy server) on the Internet, according to the Organizer, belonging to the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, who has no active Yango Play Subscription and who is fulfilled the conditions of the section 4 of the Rules.

4.          Procedure for participation in Promotion

4.1.      The Participant who meets the requirements specified in the section 3 of the Rules and performed the necessary actions specified in paragraph 4.2. of the Rules, has the ability to get the free remote access to the Yango Play Service Content (90 days of Yango Play subscription for free) subject to the specifics provided for in these Rules.

4.2.      In order to obtain the access to the Yango Play Service Content (90 days of Yango Play subscription for free), the Participant shall:

(a)   have Samsung smartphone and Samsung Members app with a registered account;

(b)   visit the special Yango Play offer page in Samsung Members app. Get the voucher code at Yango Play offer page;

©   within the period from December 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 follow the page https://play.yango.com/gift?lang=en and redeem the Promocode (insert the promocode and press «Activate» button). One (1) Promocode can be activated only once. When redeeming the Promocode, user account shall be created (if one has not already been created by the Participant). The activation of the Promocode is available only for users who don’t have an active Yango Play subscription by the moment of promocode redemption.  By redeeming the Promocode the User agrees with the Yango Play Subscription Terms: https://yango.com/legal/uae_yango_play_conditions/. Upon activation of the Promocode, the Participant will get ninety (90) days of Yango Play Subscription for free.

4.3. The number of promo codes available as part of the promotion is limited and equals to 22 000. As part of the promotion, each Participant can only receive one promo code.

4.4.      In case the Participant fulfilled the obligations mentioned in p. 4.2. of the Rules, he/she can get the free of charge remote access to the Yango Play Service Content via Operator’s platform, namely:

(a)   Audio Content as it defined in Terms of Use;

(b)   Video Content as it defined in Terms of Use, with exception of the content contained in the section «StarzPlay» and MBC channels.

©    Yango City Content as it defined in Terms of Use;

(d)   Game Content as it defined by the Terms of Use.

4.5.      The Participant accepts and agrees that Organized can make any changes to the list of Yango Play Service Content available on the Operator’s platform and/or to the Yango Play Service Content as well. The Participant accepts and agrees that although remote access to some of the Yango Play Service Content is provided, specific components of the Yango Play Service Content may not be available. Some components of the Yango Play Service Content may not be available to Participant in accordance with the terms of the documents regulating their use. The Rightholder at its sole discretion determines the Content of the Service. Organizer is not responsible for availability or unavailability of some components of the Yango Play Service Content.

5.          Other conditions

5.1.      Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Promotion or change the terms at any time without explanation and without the need for notice thereof, as well as the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason and without prior notice. The Participant waives any demand or claim against the Organizer in this context. Organizer also has the right, for technical reasons, to prematurely suspend the possibility of participating. Information about the suspension/termination/modification of the terms of the Promotion/ suspension of the possibility of the participating will be posted on https://play.yango.com/action/samsung-members-en. 

5.2.      By participating in the Promotion, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to the Rules of the Promotion, as well as to the Documents, accepts them and undertakes to fulfill them.

5.3.      By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to receive advertising and informational messages/emails. The user has the right to opt out of receiving advertising messages by following the instructions provided in the relevant message they receive.

5.4.      In order to counteract the unfair use of the Promotion, Organizer reserves the right to use other methods not expressly specified in these Rules to verify that the Participant participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules.

5.5.      If there are signs of abuse of rights and opportunities in the Participant’s actions on the services of Organizer and its affiliates, access to the Yango Play Service may not be available.
