How do I sign up?

To use all the advantages of Yango Play, select your device:

Check your device to confirm whether Yango Play is currently available on it!

After verifying that your device is supported by Yango Play, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the 🌐 Yango Play page, or open the app.
  2. Tap Log in / New account.
  3. Enter the phone number you used when registering.
  4. Wait for the SMS code, then enter it in the app.
  5. If prompted, enter your first and last name (you can skip this if you didn’t add them before).
  6. Tap Finish to complete the setup.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll have full access to all the awesome benefits of Yango Play!

  6. Enter the phone number you used when registering.

🟦 LG TV:

For LG TV, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the LG TV Store and download Yango Play.
  2. Open the app and tap the offer icon.
  3. Select Log in using a QR code.
  4. Scan the QR code with your phone.
  5. Tap the banner that appears.
  6. Enter the phone number you used when registering.
  7. Wait for the SMS code, then enter it in the app.
  8. If prompted, enter your first and last name (you can skip this if you didn’t add them before).
  9. Swipe to enter.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll have full access to all the awesome benefits of Yango Play!

The TVs listed in the previous selection are the only models officially supported for the Yango Play app.

If your TV isn’t on the list, you can still enjoy Yango Play by this ways:

1) Google Chromecast:

Using a Google Chromecast will turn your TV into a smart one in no time.

Just keep in mind: the Chromecast needs to be running Android 9 or higher.

Once that’s checked, you can follow the same steps we use for Android TVs to get Yango Play up and running.

2) HDMI Cable:

Connect your phone or laptop to the TV using an HDMI cable. Your screen will mirror the app — simple and reliable.

How can I change my password?

  1. Open the Yango Play app.
  2. Open My Yango and click on your name.
  3. Click on the X button in the upper corner and then click on Security.
  4. Click on Update password.
  5. Enter your old password if you remember it, or click I forgot my password to retrieve it.
  6. Enter a new password, then click Save.

How to delete my account?

Note:
Deleting your account will not cancel your Yango Play subscription. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Note that all history and data will be permanently removed once the account is deleted.
  1. Open the Yango Play application.
  2. Open My Yango and click on your name.
  3. Click on the X button in the upper corner
  4. Select Delete profile.
  5. Enter the confirmation code from the SMS.
  6. Click Delete account.
